This is a social responsability for all citizens and can be followed by physical and juridical people, and institutions dealing with public and private law.
The company when employing the adolescents won’t have the obligation of paying any additional cost and any administrative tax to the Project.
The social responsability is very important in order to fight against the social exclusion and unemployment. The companies which do not follow the apprentice law will have to pay a fine of R$ 400.00, for every apprentice without a legal contract.
