- Good image marketing for the company due to the support of a social
programme;
- Better life conditions of the adolescents who are part of the
programme;
- Contribution of only 2.5% of “FGTS” (reduction of
the normal contribution);
- Companies enregistered as “simple”, choosing to partecipate
in a social project, will not have an increase of the previdential
contributions;
- The companies won´t have to pay the early leave;
- Exemption from the fine for the contract resolution;
The courses required by the 10.097 law will be offered to the adolescents
as a complement to their professional formation. They will learn
various and specific techniques in the companies, which, without
any extra cost, will find the young ready for the work market.
